1. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Canadian dollars. HST (13% in Ontario) or the applicable sales tax is added to every invoice.

3. Payment methods
- Pre-authorized debit (recommended): automatic withdrawals from a Canadian business bank account.
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express, charged automatically.
- One-time payments can also be made by Interac e-Transfer on request.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full bank account or card number.
4. Your pre-authorized debit agreement
When you choose PAD, you authorize i-Lanam Technologies Inc., operating as KrownNorth and our payment processor, Stripe, to debit the bank account you provide for the amounts in your Order Form, on the schedule above. This is a business PAD under Payments Canada Rule H1.
- Notice: we'll email you the amount and date at least 10 days before your first debit, and at least 10 days before any change in amount or date.
- Variable amounts: if an invoice includes extra work you approved, we will send the amount before debiting.
- Cancelling the PAD: you can cancel the authorization at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancelling the PAD does not cancel your plan or any amount owing; see our Cancellation Policy.
- Your recourse rights: you have certain recourse rights if a debit does not comply with this agreement. For example, you may have the right to be reimbursed for a debit that is not authorized or not consistent with this agreement. - You confirm that you are authorized to sign for the bank account, and that all required signers have agreed.
5. Failed or late payments
If a payment fails, we'll let you know and try again within a few days. We may charge a $15 fee for each returned payment. If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, we may pause your AI receptionist, text-back and website updates until it is paid. We restore everything as soon as the account is current.
6. Receipts
You'll get an email receipt for every payment, and you can ask us for a copy of any invoice at any time.
