Cancellation & Refund Policy

In short: the preview is free, monthly plans need 30 days' notice, and the $0 Down plan has a 12-month term with a simple buyout if you leave early.

You can walk away after seeing your free preview and owe nothing.

50% deposit is due when you approve your preview. If you cancel within 7 days and before we start the final build, we refund the deposit in full.
After the final build starts, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers work already done.
Final 50% is due at launch. If you cancel before launch, you don't pay the final 50%, and we don't publish the site.
Free extras are not refundable and have no cash value.

Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email or text.
We don't give partial refunds for the current billing month.
If your first month of AI Growth was free and you cancel before it ends, you owe nothing for it.
When you cancel, we can transfer your domain to you, and Launch Package clients receive a copy of their website files. Your AI receptionist and text-back stop at the end of the notice period.

12-month minimum term. Each payment includes $100 toward your website.
To leave early, give 30 days' notice and pay the remaining website balance: $100 for each month left in the term. For example, leaving after 8 payments means a $400 balance. You then keep your website.
If you choose not to pay the balance, the website is taken offline at the end of the notice period and the design stays with us. Your domain, logo and content are always yours.
After 12 payments, the plan continues at $199/month (AI Growth) unless you switch to Care ($99/month) or cancel with 30 days' notice.

The $299 setup for adding AI Growth to an existing website is refundable if you cancel before setup begins, and non-refundable after.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
