1. Our services
We offer website design and hosting, missed-call text-back, an AI receptionist, Google Business Profile setup, local search optimization and related services, as described on our website and in your Order Form. Your Order Form lists the plan, price and any extras you chose. If the Order Form and these terms disagree, the Order Form wins.
2. Free previews
We may build a free preview of your website before you buy. A preview is not a purchase. If you do not go ahead, you owe nothing, and we will take the preview down on request. Previews may use your business name and publicly available information such as your Google reviews.
3. Accepting an order
An order is accepted when you sign an Order Form, click to accept it online, or confirm it in writing (including by email or text). By accepting, you confirm you are authorized to bind your business and that you are buying for business purposes.

We may change monthly prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes never apply to the remaining months of a $0 Down term.
5. Free extras
Launch Package and $0 Down clients receive the free extras listed on our pricing page, including a simple logo design. Free extras have no cash value and are not refundable. For the logo, you receive the final files and full rights to use them. We do not perform trademark searches or registrations, and we do not guarantee a logo can be registered as a trademark. We recommend speaking with a trademark agent before investing in a brand. The first-year .ca domain is subject to availability of the name you want and is registered in your name where possible; renewals after year one are billed at cost unless you manage the domain yourself.
6. Payment
Payment is covered by our Payment Terms, which form part of these terms. In summary: the Launch Package is paid 50% on approval of your preview and 50% at launch, and monthly plans are billed automatically by pre-authorized debit or card.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and the content, photos and access we need, in a reasonable time.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, photos or logos you send us.
- Make sure your business claims (licences, certifications, insurance, prices) are true.
- Use our texting and calling tools only to reply to people who contacted you or who have consented, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and other laws. You may not use our services to send unsolicited marketing messages.
- Keep your own records. Our tools are not a system of record for patient, client or job files.
8. The AI receptionist and text-back
The AI receptionist is an automated service. It identifies itself as automated, takes messages and passes them to you. Speech recognition can make mistakes, and messages can be delayed or not delivered because of carrier or network problems. You are responsible for returning calls and for decisions you make. The service is not an emergency service; callers with emergencies should call 911. For health and wellness businesses, the assistant is set up not to request health information, and you must not configure it to collect personal health information.
9. Ownership
- You own your domain, your business name and logo, and the content you give us. Once the Launch Package is paid in full, you own the final design of your website and may take a copy of the site files.
- $0 Down: ownership of the website design transfers to you after 12 monthly payments, or earlier when you pay the remaining website balance.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, code, templates and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of your website for as long as it runs. We may show your finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
10. Hosting and availability
We use reputable providers such as Cloudflare and Twilio and take reasonable care to keep your website and tools running and secure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, carriers or events outside our control.
11. No guaranteed results
We work hard to help you get more calls and customers, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, call volume, reviews or revenue. See our Disclaimer.
12. Cancellation and suspension
Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend services if a payment is more than 14 days overdue, or immediately if the services are used unlawfully or for spam. We will restore services once the issue is fixed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost jobs or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you provided or because you used our services in breach of these terms or the law.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Where we handle your customers' information to provide the services, we do so on your behalf and only for that purpose.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify active clients at least 30 days in advance. The version in effect when you accepted your Order Form applies to that order until renewal or change.
17. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. Electronic acceptance and electronic records are valid under Ontario's Electronic Commerce Act, 2000. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
